Welcome to my site! I am a Reiki Master-Teacher, Certified Hypnotherapist, Certified Spiritual Counselor and an Ordained Non-denominational Minister. I utilize the relaxing state of hypnosis to gently but effectively uncover the root cause of an issue for quick resolution. My gentle approach allows my clients to feel safe and comfortable. I am in continuous training to advance my skills. I am also a multi-instrumentalist musician and have been teaching private music lessons since 1999.
Mission Statement:
I believe every person has an innate ability to heal themselves. My role as a hypnotist, Reiki practitioner and spiritual counselor is to help the client access their hidden strengths and empower them to become self-healers. I don't view any of my clients as broken; I see them as whole individuals who simply have some aspects in need of healing. I see the validity in every belief system and am able to withhold judgment when working with clients. I love to see people discover their abilities and assist them on a part of their journey. Each session is tailored to the unique needs of each client. I have a wide variety of techniques I can employ to suit each individual.
I spent many years teaching private music lessons to students ranging in age from 5 to 80. My experience as a music teacher has given me tremendous patience and strengthened my ability to communicate. I loved the challenge of modifying my teaching style for each student, to help them learn as quickly and easily as I could. I bring my enthusiasm and dynamic approach to music into my work as a healer. My own spiritual and religious background is eclectic and varied. My own spirituality is constantly evolving and I have an open and curious mind. I love to learn and have journeyed down many different paths. The comfort of my clients is extremely important to me. I want to provide a safe and caring environment for everyone who comes to see me. I want to make the healing experience positive and life-affirming and so I treat each client with honor and respect. Some clients are new to Reiki and hypnosis, so my priority is to help them feel comfortable and secure before we proceed.

Hypnotherapy
Hypnosis is a method of accessing the subconscious in order to quickly resolve mental, physical or emotional issues. Hypnotherapy is effective for anxiety, phobias, social phobia, blushing, mind-body healing, chronic pain management, migraines, fibromyalgia, teeth grinding, confidence, self esteem, job stress, habits, smoking cessation, ADHD, memory improvement, weight loss, eating disorders, grief, trauma, depression, past lives, insomnia, nightmares, sleep disorders, GLBTQ issues, relationships, divorce issues, sexual dysfunction, sports achievement, writers block, procrastination, creativity, test anxiety, intuition, meditation, boundary setting, finding lost objects, mediumship and more. All sessions are conducted ethically and professionally. A free consultation is required prior to the hypnotherapy session. The consultation will give you an opportunity to discuss your goals for treatment as well giving me a chance to determine the best approach. Self hypnosis training is also available.
Reiki
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive, hands-on energy healing system that is compatible with all belief systems. Reiki is not a form of massage. One session lasts approximately 1 hour. Reiki Mini Sessions: Introductory Reiki healing sessions are now available for only $15. Reiki Distance Healing : Reiki energy can travel over any distance. During a Reiki healing session the practitioner uses the Reiki distance symbol and visualization to send energy where it is needed. It is not necessary for the practitioner to meet the client in person. Long distance Reiki can be used for both people and pets!
